It's not so easy to guess. There are lots of people hoping we'll stay and lots of people making us wish we'd move on. How do we know how to navigate? How do we know where to go? Follow your passion. Follow what makes you feel great. Make a difference, if not for everyone, then, at least, for yourself.
How many languages can you speak? Which languages can you read or understand?
Well, I speak German (not so well, but I get by). I do about as well in Spanish though it has been a while since I've spoken any. I can handle about second grade level in French (my kids go to a French school, so I suppose I should be better at it). I took about 3 months of Japanese, but that is mostly gone.
My reading and comprehesion in German, Spanish, and French is about the same as my speaking.
Wasn't that fascinating.
